Personalized ID Card is a small app that allows you to create an ID card for your baby or pet.

You can create the ID cards with Word or go to Personalized ID Card. All you have to do is follow 3 simple steps.

The first step is to choose a photograph for the card. We recommend that you choose an image that is 150 x 200 pixels.

The next step is to fill out a form with baby's information, like name, date of birth, home address, telephone number, hair and eye color, parents' names, etc.

Lastly, you have to print the card. The card will be saved in the same file as where you saved the program; however, the card with have a BMP extension.
